Real Time Processing Account Applications

Regions Bank (Nova) and Humboldt Bank (Authorize.Net) are both excellent processing banks and gateways. We have been a reseller for both banks for many years. Applying for your merchant bank account is easy! Please read the application information below to help choose which company would be right for you.

Which Merchant Company Should You Choose?

There are several ways to apply for a merchant account:

Will you be processing $5000 per month or less and have an average ticket of $500 or less? If so, we recommend applying with humboldt Bank/AuthorizeNet. The express application process is easy and your approval response is within 24-48 hours if all required information is supplied. This application can be completed and submitted by you online using the Authorize.Net link below. (Authorize.Net will debit $9.99 from your business checking account to verify your Business DDA.). This Express Application however, may not be used for adult entertainment, audio text, or video test.

Or you can apply for a merchant account though Regions Bank/Nova. You can apply online by clicking on the Nova link. The application is filled out online and submitted to our company electronically. We then convert the application to hard copies and mail or fax them to you for your signature. Once we receive your completed and signed application, with all requested materials, we submit it to Nova underwriting for consideration. The Nova approval process takes from 3 to 14 days to complete.

If you will be processing $10,000 per month or less with an average ticket of $500 or less, between $10,001 and $100,000 per month or above 100,000 per month, email our Sales office using the link at the right or call our Sales office at  1-866-343-4206 (M-F, 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST) for the paper application and the list of additional documents which are required.

All applications are available for either Internet or Retail Merchants who qualify as Accepted or Conditional Merchants. Upon approval of an Authorize.Net or Nova Merchant account, you will be able to accept Visa and Mastercard. (Ask us about accepting American Express, Discover and/or Diner's Club).
