Rich Media Technologies, Inc. Merchant Bank Account Processing Fees

As a Merchant Service Provider (MSP) for Nova Corp. and a reseller for Authorize.Net, Rich Media Technologies, Inc. is able to provide their processing accounts. The table below details the basic fees for the Nova Corporation and Authorize.Net processing accounts. Please read the information carefully in order to make the best decision for your business.

(1) Application fee is charged to Merchant at time of application, and $50.00 will be deducted from first annual JustAddCommerce (JAC) renewal fee paid by Merchant.
(2) Only charged if Authorize.Net account is approved.
(3) Nova Cancellation fee is $295.00 within first year, $195.00 second year and, No charge third year and thereafter. Authorize.Net will charge a $99.00 cancellation fee if account cancelled in first 9 months.
*** The $60.00 Site Survey fee is only charged if applying for an Authorize.Net account with a processing volume of more than $5000 per month. The site survey fee is NOT applicable for Authorize.Net Express applicants.

*Please note: American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and ACH or Electronic Checks are all individual companies with their own fee structures and statements. Their fees are not included in the fees listed above for Nova Corporation or Authorize.Net Merchant Bank accounts. You will be charged by each company for their respective fees.

In the spring of 2000, Rich Media Technologies, Inc. became one of the first shopping cart companies to become a Merchant Service Provider for Nova Corporation. We developed a proprietary gateway for use by JustAddCommerce Real Time merchants that seamlessly integrates the JAC Transaction Networks with Nova Corporation Transaction Networks. In 2001, our engineers added compatibility with Authorize.Net. JAC engineers maintain our proprietary transaction networks ensuring your JAC Real Time version is always running properly and is always ready to accept credit card payments through either your Nova or Authorize.net Merchant accounts.

Real-time Verification

When you apply for a Nova Corporation or Authorize.Net Merchant account online and are approved, Real Time verification is allowed through your JAC Shopping cart. Customers directly purchase items from you using their credit card, which is then auto-verified within your JAC account. You and your customer will then receive an email confirmation of the order.

Fast Funds Transfer

With the JAC Real Time version and your Nova or Authorize.Net Merchant Account, once the customer credit card information is entered and the purchase is approved, your customers' funds are processed for deposit directly into your business bank account. You enjoy the security of knowing that the funds are deposited quickly and efficiently within 2-3 business days.

The JAC Real Time version is an all-in-one e-commerce package for your online business. The JAC Shopping cart software includes everything necessary for auto-verification of credit card funds. There are NO hidden software costs and NO hidden software fees. All credit card processing fees are assessed by Nova Corporation or Authorize.Net and are disclosed when applying for your Merchant Account.

Free Virtual Terminal

JustAddCommerce Real Time version includes a seamless virtual terminal for use in all aspect of Real Time processing. Do all your credit card transactions including normal sales, credits, authorize only (reserving funds), force, purchase card sales, and purchase card credits. The Batch function lets you view your transaction history and make any necessary voids.

JAC Real Time includes the Virtual Terminal — there are NO additional fees and NO additional software to install.

Traditional Terminals Available!

If yours is both a "bricks" and "clicks" business, Rich Media Technologies, Inc. also has traditional credit card terminals available to merchants at a nominal cost. The traditional terminal will allow you to process customers' cards while they are physically in your brick and mortar store.
