(1) Only charged if Authorize.Net account is approved.
(2) Nova Cancellation fee is $295.00 within first year, $195.00 second year and, No charge third year and thereafter. Authorize.Net will charge a $99.00 cancellation fee if account cancelled in first 12 months.
*** The $60.00 Site Survey fee is only charged when requested by the bank during the course of the application processing. It is generally not required on accounts requesting less than $5,000 per month in processing capability.

*Please note: American Express, Discover and Diner's Club are all individual companies with their own fee structures and statements. Their fees are not included in the fees listed above for Nova Corporation or Authorize.Net Merchant Bank accounts. You will be charged by each company for their respective fees.

**Please note: If another MSP has set you up with a current Internet bank account through either Nova Corp. or Authorize.Net please contact our sales department for details on how to connect your existing account with JAC. Nova Corp. merchant accounts through other MSP's, such as Costco, will be automatically charged by Rich Media Technologies, Inc. the $20 monthly gateway fee. Merchant must keep payment information on file with Rich Media Technologies, Inc. for this automatic charge.
