Please print the necessary forms, complete the information, sign where indicated, and fax all forms and supporting documents to our Sales office at 912-232-1807. It will take from 3 to 14 days (depending on monthly volume requested) to have an approval from Nova. We will contact you and keep you advised through the application process.
(1) Nova Cancellation fee is $295.00 within first year, $195.00 second year and, No charge third year and thereafter

If you already have an Internet Merchant Bank account, and just need the Authorize.net gateway for that account, click on the Authorize.Net link above. Complete and sign the form and fax to our Sales office at 912-232-1807.

(3) Authorize.Net will charge a $99.00 cancellation fee if account cancelled in first 9 months.
*Please note: American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and ACH or Electronic Checks are all individual companies with their own fee structures and statements. Their fees are not included in the fees listed above for Nova Information Systems Merchant Bank accounts. You will be charged by each company for their respective fees.
