You can apply for Real Time Processing Services through Rich Media Technologies, Inc. or any of our other Gateway Providers.
What is Real Time Processing?
Real Time Processing allows your customer's credit card to be automatically authorized and charged at the time their order is submitted.
Why Real Time Processing?
Real Time Processing captures the customer's credit card information
so you do not have to. You can use the time to fill the order instead
of process it. With Real Time Processing you only receive
orders that have been sent through with valid credit cards. When
you retrieve the order from your JAC Account you will see an Approval
code on your Order Receipt page. This Approval code verifies that
the funds have been captured and will be deposited via your Merchant
Processing Account into your Business checking account within 1-3
business days. The AVS (Address Verification System) is also on
the order helping to determine fraudulent orders. In addition
to Real Time verification, the Real Time Processing version provides
you with a Free Virtual Terminal that allows you to process credit
card orders taken via the telephone or mail and provides the same
functions of a physical terminal, such as Credits,Voids, Batches,
etc.
How Does Real Time Processing Work?
When a customer submits their order through your web site using their credit card, the JAC Transaction Network takes the order. The order information passes through a payment gateway connecting to your Merchant Bank account where the credit card is read, authorized and charged. The funds are then deposited into your business bank account within 24-72 hours.
What Gateways Does JAC 6 Support for Real Time Processing?
JustAddCommerce 6.0 supports more than 30 gateways (see list below).
As part of our complete business package, Rich Media Technologies, Inc. is a reseller of merchant bank accounts (Internet and standard) through Regions Bank or Humboldt Bank, with both merchant bank accounts using AuthorizeNet as the gateway for Internet accounts. The difference between the two banks’ merchant accounts is the length of contract—Regions Bank (Nova) has a three-year contract, and Humboldt Bank has a one-year contract. You can apply for these merchant bank accounts right from our web site. You can also contact any of the many gateways JAC 6 supports for your Internet gateway accounts. If you have an existing Internet merchant bank account that uses AuthorizeNet or any of the Gateways below, you can interface your Internet account with JustAddCommerce 6.
