Support for JAC 6 can be viewed in the JAC 6 e-business system by clicking on the Support icon at the top of the program's screen.

The Support icon is activated on all sections of JustAddCommerce to provide you with help and answers as you are working in each administrative screen—JAC, Orders, Customers, Graphs, Settings, and Support. Clicking on the Support icon in any of the administrative screens will display information specific to that part of JustAddCommerce. You will find installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tips by clicking on the link identified with where you are working in your JAC program.

In the main screen, you will see a Menu with icons for Add Topic to Favorites, Hide Navigation, Expand All, Collapse All, Print Topic, Quick Search (with text field), Remove Search Highlighting, Back, Forward, Stop.

The line below the Menu will identify the administrative area you are in.

Links will be provided specific to the administrative area to direct you to information or further support options.

Main:
For help with technical issues regarding your JustAddCommerce program, use the links on the left.

To submit a support request, click on New Support Inquiry. Clicking on New Support will open a ticket number allowing you to enter the Subject and the Message about your inquiry. Click on Submit button on top to submit your request, or click X button to delete.

You can review your support inquiry history by clicking on My Support Inquiries. In this section, you can view all support inquiries that have been submitted through your JAC account. You can view Ticket Number, Status, Date Modified, and Subject.

To view or edit a support inquiry, click View or Edit Support. If you highlight a support ticket, you will be able to submit additional information on the same Support Ticket. Click on Submit button on top to submit your request, or click X button to delete.

Use the Refresh Status to update support inquiries.
