JustAddCommerce Purchase Button - Don't Jump to Cart
The Don't Jump to Cart Option keeps your customers from being
sent to the shopping cart screen when they click a purchase button.
This means that they can continue shopping without viewing the
contents of their shopping cart until they are ready to do so.
If you decide to use this feature, you must have a JustAddCommerce "View
Shopping Cart" button visible on each page of your site.
We
recommend placing a "View Shopping Cart" button at the
top and bottom of each page. The "View Shopping Cart " button
is the only way your customers will be able to view their cart
contents and continue through the checkout process when you use
the Don't Jump to Shopping Cart option. We recommend adding your "View
Shopping Cart" buttons to your site prior to activating the
Don't Jump to Cart option. To enable
the Don't Jump to Cart option:
- 1. Launch
JustAddCommerce in your editor.
- 2. Click
on the "Insert Purchase Button" within JAC.
- 3. The
Purchase Button screen will activate:
- 4. Check
the "Don't Jump to Shopping Cart" check box in the
middle of the screen.
- 5. Click "OK" to
save your setting.
- 6. The
Don't Jump to Cart feature is now activated. Please remember
to add "View Shopping Cart" buttons to your pages.
