JustAddCommerce gives you two password settings:

The Administration password allows you to change your account settings and view, print, save and permanently delete orders, as well as have full use of your virtual terminal if you use our Nova Banking services.

The Guest password allows you or your order fulfillment department to view, print and save orders and to do Sales Transactions only via your virtual terminal if you use our Nova Banking services. The Passwords are extra levels of security for you. The JustAddCommerce Account password fields are case-sensitive and space-sensitive. Therefore, you must enter the passwords exactly the same way when setting them and when using them to access your account.

To Configure your Password Settings:

• Access your JustAddCommerce Account and log into your account with your Administration password. (Your Administration password is your JAC Serial number until you change it.)
  
  
• Under the Security Settings heading there is a "Passwords" link. Click on this link.
  
  
• Enter your new Administration and Guest Passwords in the appropriate boxes. The Administration and Guest passwords must be different from each other.
  
  
• Click on the "Change Password" button.

Please note: It is essential to change your Administration password to something other than your JAC Serial number to ensure maximum security for your account. We also highly recommend that you change your passwords regularly and make sure they are changed when employees leave your company.

Enter New Admin Password

Enter the password in this field that will allow complete access to the settings in your JAC account. It is always a good idea to change the password often and to only give this password out to those who need full control of your account. All passwords are case sensitive and space sensitive and must be entered the exact way they are saved in your password settings.  This means that if you set your password as AbCdE, entering abcde will not work.

Enter New Guest Password

Enter a password in this field to allow your order fulfillment department to fill orders and do sales transactions using the Virtual Terminal (RMT/NOVA Banking version only).  Orders cannot be deleted and no changes can be made to the JAC account when accessing the account with the Guest password.

All passwords are case sensitive and space sensitive and must be entered the exact way they are saved in your password settings.  This means that if you set your password as AbCdE, entering abcde will not work.
